I understand and accept that any use of the machines is at my sole request and that I have not been promised or lead to expect any cure or diagnosis through the use of these machines.
I understand that any information provided to me by the technicians is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute the advice and/or services of a health care professional. That it is not their intention to prescribe or make specific health claims for any of their technologies or products. I understand that any attempt to diagnose and treat illness should come under the direction and supervision of my health care practitioner.
I therefore agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the technicians, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers and any other entities that may be associated with the use and promotion of the Energy Enhancement System and/or Scalar Frequency Wellness Aids from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any use of the Energy Enhancement System and/or Scalar Frequency Wellness Aids by myself or any other person.
