For Store Purchases:

We are sorry if your purchase did not fulfill your need. If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please follow the directions below.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your receipt of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Your refund will include your initial purchase price minus the shipping costs.

Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For Treatment Purchases:

We are sorry if you believe your treatment was not up to your expectations, however, once a treatment is performed, there is no way to return it and therefore is non-refundable.

If you paid for a treatment in advance and then were unable to receive it, you may be qualified to receive a refund if any of the following is true;

  1. The reason why you couldn’t receive your treatment is our fault.
  2. You arranged for another to take your slot and they paid for their treatment.

 

If the reason you were unable, or unwilling, to receive the treatment you paid for is anything other than the above listed reasons, we can not refund the payment. We can, however, give you credit for your session to be used at another time.

A no-call, no-show for any appointment is an automatic forfeit of the cost of that session. It cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If anything is unclear, you feel your reason for expecting a refund is valid outside of the above reasons, or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
